What a year it has been!

Between the record snows of February curtailing almost ANY travel, even to the grocery store, to my first attempt at a ropes course and chasing fall foliage throughout New England, it was a great year. It saw us attempt (and successfully complete) our first ever 2 country trip (with plans to go back!!) and use our local beaches on an almost weekly basis. 2015 was pretty darn great.

2016, though, should be amazing. Disney with the family, the Grand Canyon with Team in Training (want to donate, click here!!), two trips to New Hampshire, and more!! I cannot wait. The new year already started off on the right foot early this morning.

At exactly midnight, we saw the Boston New Year’s fireworks from our neighborhood for the first time ever. I was so worried that we wouldn’t have good seats, but I literally had the best seat in the house (a bench on the edge of the pier) as the fireworks burst over our heads. The crowds were small, but happy and began to spontaneously sing the National Anthem. It was great. I hope you all had as wonderful a beginning as we did!!
