One of the most fun and unique things that we are doing this year will be hiking the Grand Canyon with the Team in Training group for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.

This will be my second trip to the Grand Canyon. I had the great luck of being required to go there for work training (really sad, I know! haha). Eric will be experiencing it the first time, which will be a treat to see.

Since we are going with a group, we have little to no control over where we will be visiting while there…especially with our schedule. BUT, we get to go to Sedona for a visit, which I’ve never been to.

One way that we are fundraising for the event is by hosting a Virtual Run, which you can participate in!

What is a Virtual Run?
It is a run that you sign up to do at your pace wherever you want. Walk it out at the mall, race your friend on the street, or bike ride it at the gym!

What is in it for me?
The satisfaction of helping out a great charity AND a giant shiny medal!
