It seems every year around this time, I put up a similar post: Goals for the upcoming year. Why should this one be any different??

Trips for 2019:

• Washington, D.C.
• Cape Cod
• A trip on the Danube River

Other “travel” goals for 2019:

• Knock off 10 new local museums
• Go to the Falconry place
• Hug a penguin in CT
• Eat a pretzel in Munich’s Beer Garden again.
• Climb to the top of Bennington Monument in VT
• Maybe find my way up to Quebec City or Montreal

I really cannot wait to go on our Danube cruise: Hungary through Slovakia into Austria and ending up in Regensburg. We’ve never been to the first three countries and plan on stopping over in Munich before coming home (which we loved last time). It is going to be a very different trip wherein I hope to eat all types of yummy desserts like Chimney Cakes!
